Emergency & Exit Lighting

Emergency and exit lighting systems play a critical role in occupant safety during power outages, fires, and other emergencies. When lighting fails, safe evacuation becomes significantly more difficult.

McCoy Fire & Safety provides comprehensive emergency and exit lighting services across the Southeastern United States, helping facilities remain compliant, prepared, and protected.

What Our Emergency & Exit Lighting Services Include

McCoy Fire & Safety supports emergency and exit lighting systems through all stages of service, including:

• Emergency and exit lighting sales and installation
• Bulb and battery replacement
• Monthly and annual inspections
• System testing and documentation
• Repairs and troubleshooting
• Ongoing maintenance programs

Our team ensures lighting systems operate as required during emergencies and meet all applicable code and inspection requirements.

Why Emergency & Exit Lighting Matters

Emergency and exit lighting provides critical visibility when normal lighting systems fail. These systems are required in many facilities and are routinely evaluated during inspections.

Proper maintenance helps:

• Ensure safe egress during emergencies
• Maintain compliance with fire and building codes
• Reduce inspection deficiencies
• Identify failed components before outages occur
• Support occupant safety and operational readiness

McCoy Fire & Safety focuses on proactive service so systems perform when needed, not just during inspections.

Our technicians follow scheduled service intervals, replace failed components promptly, and document all inspections clearly. Customers work with a team that understands the importance of reliability and takes ownership of system performance.

At McCoy Fire & Safety, emergency and exit lighting service is handled with consistency, attention to detail, and accountability.
